Every team makes moves in the offseason with hopes of improving their chances of playing October baseball, but these big moves can often backfire as nothing is ever guaranteed in the sport of baseball. The Orioles lost 40 home runs in Nelson Cruz and he was a huge reason why Baltimore won the AL East in 2014. If Young can’t help fill the hole left by Cruz than Baltimore could easily fall behind in their talented division.
